My interest in yoga started over twenty years ago.  But, my passion was ignited when I started attending regular yoga classes in 2013, found an inspiring teacher and a style of yoga that suited my mind and worked my body in a way which I had never experienced before. Practising yoga once a week quickly developed into a home practice and then a decision that made sense to me to share the joy of yoga through teaching.  I am now a qualified 200hr Vinyasa Flow teacher, training with Yoga London. I am registered with Yoga Alliance.

My interest in the physical body began in the early 90’s. Between 1994-1996 I studied and became a qualified massage and reflexology therapist as well as a sports injury & massage therapist.

I have studied elements of psychology with the Open University which has helped me to understand how important the mind is for our general well being.

Yoga is personal to the individual and so can be interpreted in many different ways and for me that is the beauty of yoga. I am excited to continue to deepen my studies with the body and mind in the future and for the present to share my knowledge and joy of watching people practise, develop and incorporate yoga into their lives.
